Deleted profile?

Deleted profile?

So yesterday I was working with a customer service rep because I was charged when I wasn't on premium. They offered me a refund and now my profile is deleted. I login using my facebook and it says "welcome to spotify" and all my playlists are gone. I've e-mailed support with no response. Has this happened to anyone else? I just want my playlists back.

It's possible your account got duplicated, support should be able to lend a hand (when they get back to you). It's worth going to someone who was following you's profile to see if you can see your old account.

My account was deleted by the rep resolving my previous issue. Idk if it was a miscommunication or what happened, but oh well. I had to create a whole new account. 😕
