Desaparición listas y cambio de cuenta

Hola, hace tiempo que me han desaparecido todas las listas que tenía creadas, alguien me puede decir com recuperarlas? En el móvil sí que las mantengo, no lo entiendo.

Por otra parte pasa algo similar con mi cuenta, en el ordenador se ha cambiado a la versión "free"  cuando tengo la Premium. ¿Cómo lo soluciono?

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
