Did not receive a gift card - loading after payment

I wanted to get a 6 month gift card. My payment was through dotpay. It wen through - I got confirmation from dotpay, but the spotify page only shows "Loading please wait" And that the pay meant is getting processed.

Normally it takes only few second to do that, but it goes on like this for minutes. I did not recieve giftcard - only confirmation from dotpay and I see that the payment wen through from my bank account.

When will i receive the gift card?

The subscription does not show in the account page.

This is odd. Have you checked your spam folder in your inbox? I'd suggest you contact the payments center by using the contact form, so that a Spotify staff member can check this for you.
