Didn't log out of Spotify account on device I don't have access too

Hi

I'm a premium Spotify user. Earlier this year when visiting the US I was using a borrowed phone and had logged into Spotify on it but forgot to log out when returning it.

I don't have access to the device or the person who now has it. How can I remove it as an authorised device?
