Display name is not giving search results

This might sound weird but I'm doing a scavenger hunt that has a part that leads me to Spotify. The clue/hint that we were given was that the display name is one very specific word (I know the word I just don't want to dox the account) but we aren't given the username. However, when I try typing in the word to search profiles, all the results don't give the specific word only, but the word in other combinations. I was wondering if there is any way for me to specifically look for this word only or if there were any advanced search options for display names?

Currently, there's not an advanced search option that allows you to look for a specific word when it comes to regular profiles. However, with music you can try the suggestions you'll find here for an advanced search.
