My Question or Issue

A month ago, the credit card linked to our family subscription expired so was my premium status, after a couple of days my premium account was renewed and all the playlist and albums I have liked and saved were still there so it was indeed the same account. But all my listening history prior to this renewal were lost - I was trying to play with instafest (https://www.instafest.app) but it only used the songs and artists I had listened to in the past month. And same goes with my 2022 wrapped, I don't see any of the songs I've been listening to earlier this year and it shows I only have 737 minutes listened in total whereas my minutes listened in 2020 was 40,501. Just about two months back when I used Receiptify it was just fine. As a reference, Receiptify and stats for Spotify now show the same results as 2022 wrapped, meaning they couldn't access my old history either.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there any way I can retrieve my history? My daily mixes have been a mess since then and the songs I got recommended have been quite off, both were GREAT before all this happened.
