Does buy 1 get 3 months apply to family deal?

There's this promotion when you upgrade and pay for 1 month you get 2 free going on.

Does it apply to family account?

Say I buy a family upgrade with 2 users, will me and the other person both get 3 month or will only I get 3 or will we both get 1?
