Double Charge for Two Accounts

Double Charge for Two Accounts

Hi, I live with my mom and I bought her a 3 month $1 account. I just combined our accounts, but I have already been charged the $10 a month for both accounts (instead of the new upgraded $15 for both accounts). I can't figure out who to contact to talk to about it because the website is a nightmare. Any advice? Thanks
