Double payments and can't download playlists

Hey, guys

So, I am pretty sure I have been paying double for Spotify over two different ways - one through my mobile phone bill and the other through bank payments. Is there anyway to contact Spotify to see how long I've been doing this? Despite me definitely being premium, when I log onto Spotify website, it keeps saying I am a free member!

I have also recently split up with the wife so wanted to reset the devices but now I have gone to download my playlists and it won't let me.

Can anyone help with either of these please?
