ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME?

Every time I try to upgrade to your $0.99 summer deal it gives me ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME . I've uninstalled the app and even tried on the computer but nothing will go through. I have money on my card and Paypal account but neither will go through. What do I do?

I need the following

1. What country are you in?
2. Have you had any previous trials e.g 30 days free?
3. Has premium been on this account?
4. Have you got another account at all?
5. Are you a new customer or existing?
