Email address to creator account no longer works

My Question or Issue

A previous staff member from my school set up an account on anchor.fm back in the day and uploaded a number of podcasts under the school's name.   He passed on the account details before he left a few years ago but trying those details now, the login screen suggests that email address isn't used on an account. 

I'm not sure how we can proceed with trying to a) find out what the login email address is and b) verify that we (the school) should have control of that account.

G'day. I have a premium plan that is linked to an old email and phone number that are not in use. How can I access my premium account on my new email and number.

It's very frustrating

where is your first reply to Jgoolies?  I am very frustrated too.  Logging in failing continually.  Have tried everthing on muliple devices
