Email change on account created with Facebook

 My Question or Issue

 I created my Spotify account using Facebook. I recently started using a new email address which Facebook and all the other websites allowed me to easily change.  Spotify is the only one that doesn't allow me to change an email. Even though as I look up the "Apps and Websites" on Facebook it says that everything uses my new email, Spotify still uses the old one. Is there a way to fix that without deleting and creating a new account?

How many days ago did you update your email address that's associated with your Facebook account?

I updated my email 2 months ago. I was considering disconnecting and reconnecting facebook and Spotify but a message saying popped up saying that if I do that my Spotify account would be deleted since I created the account through Facebook.

Spotify saves the email address that you first used when creating an account via Facebook.

You can reset your password here if you'd like, and you'll then be able to log in with the email address and the new password, and still have your Facebook account connected.
