Email not in use anymore, can't remember password Spotify

Hi,

 

My friend got a new phone and she can't change her password because the email (registery) is not in use anymore, so it is not possible for her to reset the password from her email.

She also have spotify premium and she can only listen from her (old)phone...

Is there a possibility to resolve this matter?

She can provide the (registery) mailadres and the name of the (old)phone she uses to verify that her account is really hers??

Spotify Support may be able to change her account's email after verifying the account ownership. She can contact them through one of the channels below:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
