I need to reset my password and no longer have access to my old email. Please help!

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the contact form below and they will be able to assist you with this.

Make sure to enter the information for the account that you cannot access, and also include an email address that you would like Spotify to contact you at using the proper fields.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply email address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam/Junk folder because sometimes emails might end up there.
