Error 404, can't login on my macbook for about 2 weeks now!

Error 404, can't log in with my MacBook for about 2 weeks now! 

Paying $10 a month and can't solve this problem so long. Customer service is non-existent.

Hi Melody,

This is not helping. I still try to log on to the app on my Mac and I get the message 'Error 404: Service temporarily unavailable'.

Please can you help fix ASAP

Solved it by:

1. Going onto spotify webpage and logging in

2. Finding my spotify username (different to email - a sequence of numbers & letters)

3. Using this to log in to the desktop app

Should work whilst they're fixing this log in page issue.
