Error Code: 3 Password Incorrect

Hello,

 

I have been using Spotify without any issue. However ever since today, I was logged out of all my accounts on all my devices and when I try to sign back in, I use my username/password and then it begins to log me in, like I can see the playlists and stuff show up, but then it kicks me back to the menu screen.

I had to set up this account through facebook in order to post on here. So this is not my account that I pay for premium on. 

It kicks me out and says Error Code 3 on my computer. I have tried this on my phone as well, and I do not have an email address associated with my premium account. I never verified it nor do I have any emails attached to it. Is there any reason why I would be kicked out of everything?
