My Question or Issue

My credit card expires at the end of this month, so I wanted to update my account with the new card's expiration information. I'm directed to the Change Payment Details page just fine, I'm able to enter my number and other details, no problem. When I click the Change Payment Details button at the bottom, the little circle spins, but then I get an error. (See attached.)

 

I have tried this on multiple laptops, in the Edge, Chrome, and Firefox browsers. I get the same message every time.

 

I have already tried the information in both Manage Payments and Payment Troubleshooting. Everything should be fine, from what little I can see from my end. I did notice someone else from Canada was having the same issue, and I've wondered if it's because there's no chance to use a space when entering the postal code. (Canadian format is a#a #a#)  I don't know if entering the six digits without the middle space would somehow mess up the verification or not, but I figured it was worth noting.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you within 24 hours.

Other people seem to be having trouble aswell 

You could add that in the form.
