Every information, playlist, or preference has been deleted from my account

Every information, playlist, or preference has been deleted from my account

Hi,

I've been disconnected today from my account on Spotify Desktop for no reason.

I tried to log in again, then Spotify told me : "Are you new to spotify ?" with no playlist in the dark background. I chose "Already have an account", but he asked me a nickname, I put in my usual, without succes, then my two email adress, without success too.

So I gave "No account yet" option a try. It launched Spotify from my facebook account obviously, like usual. But without ANY information. Everything has been deleted.

I would like to get everything back, I'm subscribe to spotify for many years now, and everything I like end up somewhere in my playlists for now 4 years. Maybe more (I get back my playlists from Deezer when I switched for Spotify).

It can't be gone so easily...

Have you tried logging in using your Spotify username rather than your email addresses?

Well, I don't remember my old username exactly. I merged my account with facebook (I guess...) years ago.

I just got the exact same problem. My subscribtion is also lost, all music, no mails...

I changed my password for FB. Then selected "Logout from all my devices". After this everything was gone. My Spotify account is reset...

Is there any official support for spotify? I have used spotify for many years now, never had this problem before.

If you can't remember or log in using your original username, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form, including any email addresses you may have used to create the account and they will be able to track it down for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
