Facebook login failure and spotify family

Hi,

I've been a good customer of spotify for a while now. Recently they came with the option for Spotify Family, which is perfect for me and my roommates.

So I arranged it and it was fine for a few days. Then we all got kicked off and back to spotify free. But I got set back to premuim and had to pay again (while i already paid a week before). I let my bank transfer the money back, since it was a double payment. So i put on the family account again, and now again we got kicked off.

But now I can't even log in (through facebook), it says "wrong username or password". Which is impossible through facebook. On the website i can see i'm logged in, but when i try to go to account info the website crashes.

Can ANYONE help me out?

It is impossible to get anyone from spotify to help me or even speak to one of them.

At the moment we are all considering screwing the whole spotify and go back to pirating my music.

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
