I do not understand why I'm logged in to facebook and I can seem to share anything. I've sent several shares to friends on Facebook and they say that it only says there is an attachment and cannot open it. I've checked my settings and everything seems right. What am I missing? Also, once I've signed up with facebook is there a way to change that as I don't want it to be linked to my facebook account or am I stuck with that. I've thought about canceling my subscription and starting over but I'm afraid I will loose all the playlist I've made and radio stations I've discovered and I'm not even sure it'll work since I would use the same email that I use for Facebook. Any advice would help. Thanks

For the first issue, would it be possible to get a screenshot of what they are receiving and where? 

As for your Facebook-Spotify account, unfortunately there is no easy way to disconnect from Facebook if your account as created using those details. If you really want to change to a username style account, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that sorted for you including moving your playlists and subscription if needed.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I get the same behaviour on my iPhone, let me escalate this as an issue to the team see what they say.

Thanks Peter. This isn't just on the phone. It also happens on desktops. I tried to share a song with my wife and she got the same error on her laptop.

Strange it appears to work okay on my desktop, I have escalated it as a general issue anyways 🙂
