For some reason my Spotify account is linked to my wifes Facebook account how can I change it to my Facebook account?

Found this from an old thread, you could try and see if it still works:

1. Disconnect your Spotify account from Facebook.
You can do this in your Spotify Preferences (Spotify » Preferences in Mac and Edit » Preferences in Windows)
2. Exit Spotify.
3. Log in to your Facebook account in your web browser.
4. Run Spotify again and reconnect to Facebook.

Spotify is still showing my wifes facebook profile but its now posting to my Facebook. But I can live with that

That will normally sort itself out given a little time. 

Sometimes Facebook data can get a little stuck in your desktop client (even though its being displayed correctly publically), if that happens a quick clean reinstallation should sort it.
