Fake offer

I received in my spotify desktop an offer to buy premium account for 3 months only paying 1 month, but when i bought the premium account, spotify only gave me one month...I live in Chile.

This doesn't sound right... Right now there is a promo for new subscribers (never had Premium before, or a trial). Is that the one you got the offer to?

He means the 3 months for 1 Premium offer that is available for users who cancelled Premium before November this year. For some reason, i have no access to it either.

If so, have you tried to subscribe via another browser or clearing the cache in your current one?

If you have and it's still not working, you could contact Spotify to have someone check it for you, either by using Facebook, their twitter account @SpotifyCares or the contact form!
