Family Plan Says we're in different countries

Family Plan Says we're in different countries

Hi There,

 

I live in Australia. My Spotify account shows my country as US, but when I got to change it to Australia, it's already selected.

 

When I try to invite my mother to Spotify family plan, it says we're in different countries.

 

How can I resolve this? My user ID is 1233251686

Hey @user-removed,

 

You can change your account's country by updating your payment method and billing address to a payment method and billing address in Australia. Once you've updated these details, your account will be set to the new country at your next payment date.
