Family Premium not synchronized

Dear Community;

 

I need help with my Family Premium Account it says still Free account, I don't have a display of options to add members and you already charge my account ...by the way this is a very very poor way to help people you should have another to contact you (just a tip to a BIG company)

No I haven't but I already received the charge of the premium cost ...so what do you suggest?

It's very likely just a pending charge then: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/
