Family Subscription Inquiry

Hi,

I saw the family premium plan for 194/month and I'm interested to sign-up.  However, I would like to ask if my family in the U.S. can still use the service if they're not in the Philippines? Or this offer is only exclusive in the Philippines?

Hey @ImGene,

To invite someone to a sub-account on your Premium for Family subscription, they must:

• Reside at the same physical address as you.
• Be a Free user, or a Premium user who purchased their Premium directly from Spotify.

Yeah we're on the same address but sometimes they're in the U.S. - is that allowed?

That shouldn't be an issue. It would be an issue if they're in the US for a year or two and then come to PH for a week.

I see, I think that would be a problem since we stay in the U.S. for more than a year sometimes.
