Greatings, I have a problem with Family Subscriptions, I'm trying to pay the plan, but it doesn't let me do that... So, Can Support team fix this problem?

I would like to know why your saying my payment failed when it had not been a month yet. I pay every month on the third and yet you try to charge me 20 days after I paid you. If my bill is due once a month why do you try to charge me early every month.

Thanks for your quickly answer, I just want upgrade my account to the next level: Family Account and Share it with my brother. The think is that it doesn't let me pay the Family Plan Upgrade 😞
