My Question or Issue

Hi ! 

 

My GF recently moved from UAE to Malta. 

I'm trying to add her to my Family Plan, but despite her living under the same roof as me, it keeps saying that she's from another country. 

She edited her profile and set her country as Malta, but despite of this, still the same issue. 

 

Can you let us know what we should do please ?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I'd recommend double-checking if both accounts (yours and hers) have actually set the country setting to Malta. This can be done at https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/.

 

There shouldn't be any error messages if that's the case. If you are continuing to see an error message, please share the exact error message 🙂

Thank you both for your answers. Indeed, I still had my old country of residence in my profile and not the actual one, that was causing the issue. All solved now, thanks for your quick support !

Hi there! My partner and I are having the same issue, except she is unable to change her Spotify Profile from Canada (where she is from) to the United States (where she has moved). Any help would be appreciated!
