My Question or Issue

I deleted my old account and now i want to make a new account with the same email but it doesnt work.

It says that this email already exists even though i deleted the account and have no other accounts with this email.

I hope you can help me fix this problem so that i can make a new account.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

After closing the account, it will take 14-30 days for the email address to become available for sign-up again.
