No longer worth it

The app subscription via phone charged me €5 per month. It was alright paying that much to listen to music after work.

Then, my card expired and now I got charged €12 per month for duo without even being asked.

And the solo plan is now €10, which for my country Romania is far too expensive. Paying a third of my salary to a product I use after work is not feasible for me per year.

My salary translates to roughly 400 euros so 120 euros per year is a bit too pricey.

Are there any ways to get my €5 subscription back? I was never registered as a student but that is what I have paid for a year and a half.

As far as I know, Premium Individual costs 4,99€/month in your country. Where are you seeing the 10€/month price?

Also, are you currently able to use your Premium features right now? If not, you've likely got a second account with Spotify: https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-do-I-find-if-I-have-another-Spotify-account/ta-p/4737961.
