I ordered Spotify family and nothe a single person is able to use the email link or the messaged link. It sends them to a link where I have to put in my info (username/password) but says I already have an account. Well duh, and when they try to log in, it will kick another person off still.

Hey @Jenbryan91,

 

They have to enter their account login details, not yours. If they don't have an account yet, they can sign up here: https://spotify.com/signup
