I can't access my account

My Spotify account is connected to my Facebook, a few days ago it logged me out of my account and now whenever I try to log back in a message appears saying "you've already created an account with this email address." When I try using the button "log in with Facebook" an error message appears saying error 404. Please help me log into my account.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
