Finding Premium Account

I had fb 6 months back from which I had logged in and purchased premium account. But I have closed that account and still money is deducting from my account. Now I have opened my new fb and spotify account. The other account is in my old phone and I can see downloaded songs. But I am unable to cancel subscription. User name its showing me 31ktw7luu........ like this. How to cancel this subscription?

Thanks for posting about this in the Community!

Although you closed your old Facebook, you can still log into the related Spotify Premium account to cancel the subscription.

To do so, you need to be able to access the email address connected to your old Facebook.

If you're able to access it, follow the steps here and choose a Spotify password.

You will then be able to log in your Premium account from here by typing in your old Facebook email address and the new password you chose.

As a heads-up, you'll only be able to do so by clicking the green button "LOG IN", and not the blue one "LOG IN WITH FACEBOOK".
