Forgot my Password

Forgot my Password

Hello there I forgot my password to Spotify so I tried to recover it through the "forgot my password" page.

However I fill in my email address then get the confirmation from Spotify that it will be send to my email, yet the email never arrives.

I tried this a week ago and then again 3 days ago + another try today. I think it's save to assume that something's not going as it should.

 

I would kindly accept any suggestions/solutions, PLEASE HELP

 

 

 

( P.S. It's my girl's account, I used my account to post this question cause you need a Spotify account to post on forums )

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to assist you in resetting it manually by verifying a few security details (which is why it can't be done here on the community!).

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
