Free 30 days not working

Free 30 days not working

Hi Spotify team

I am a little bit confused and I need your help!

I recently signed up for 7 days free access, which expires yesterday accord to the email notification. Currently there is an offer for $0.99/month for 3 months. Why not. I was going to subscribe to premium. Then I received another email offering another 30 days. I clicked on it and nothing happened.

I am now slightly confused and wonder if you could help.

In summary my questions are
1. Am I still eligible for a 30 days offer? The email doesn't say it expires. When I followed the link, it doesn't say anything but showing the 3 months at $0.99 offer.

2. If the answer to question 1. is a yes, how do I enable this offer?

3. If the answer to question 1. is a no, how do I pay for $0.99 using in-app purchase (android) because I have recently top up my account.

4. If I can't subscribe to $0.99 offer using in-app purchase on android device, can I pay by credit card and switch over my subscription payment method later?

Thank you

No worries, we're here to help clear things up.

At the moment, we have an offer of $0.99 for 3 months of Premium service. Pretty sweet, huh? This is temporarily replacing our 30-day trial.

In order to avail this offer, you'd need to subscribe via a credit or debit card that hasn't been used to pay for an offer or trial before.

We're afraid in-app payments are not a valid payment method at the moment, but we'll make sure to pass your feedback along to the team.

Let us know if you have any more questions 🙂

I signed up for a 7 day trail for Spotify. Today I received an email to get another 30 days free I gave my credit card details and it accepted and said I had to sign in before May 27 or I would be charged going forwrad. When i log into my spotify account it says my free subscription expires May 5 not May 27. How do i confirm that the May 27th is correct?

Hey @Mack007!

No worries, on the 5th your 7-day trial will end, after which your 30-day Premium trial will begin.

We hope this clears things up 🙂
