Free Spotify with mobile prepaid bundle- can't activate

Hi

I supposedly get free Spotify premium with my mobile prepaid bundle. I have had this bundle for over 12 months but can not activate the Spotify and and can not find anyone to help. My mobile provider can not help me. They say to contact Spotify but I have found there is no way to talk to anyone at Spotify. Can anyone help?

We'd recommend visiting Spark's website for more info here: https://www.spark.co.nz/getspotify. You can also get in touch with them directly to get assistance activating the PIN for the subscription.
