Just signed up for Spotify 3 month premium, and not received voucher for the free chrome cast player. Please help.

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.
If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

What's a Spotify Rock Star, and how do I become one?
I sent a note via the support form. The support team reached out to me quickly and asked me to supply some additional information with respect to my paypal order ID as well as other personal identifiers.
After responding, I just received an email back with the promo code along with some other instructions. I just completed my order at the Google Store so I'm all set now!
[I suspect that as a result of submitting my payment with Paypal (and possibly, my authentication via my Facebook account), they were lacking some information regarding my identity. If this were the case, it would have been nice if I had received communications proactively w/o having to poke around spotify.com, but this hasn't been the worst thing the world.]

No worries - The Terms say that Spotify has up to 7 days of your acceptance to send you the code - here's the fine print:
Offer valid only through the above link and until 11:59pm CET on February 28th 2016, or while supplies last. Spotify reserves the right to end the promotion at any time without advance notice for any reason. Offer only available within the US & UK. You must live in a location where Google can deliver the Chromecast. Shipping address must be in the same country as purchase. Limit of one Chromecast per person. Within 7 days of your acceptance of this offer, Spotify will email you a voucher to redeem your Chromecast, using the email address you supplied. Redemption voucher is not redeemable for cash and may only be used at the Google Store.

So what happens once the seven days have passed? Today was 7th day and I haven't recieved an email...

I have the same issue. I signed up on 2/24 and I haven't received my code yet. I contacted with Spotify help and waiting for their reply.
