Free to premium with Fido

Free to premium with Fido

Hi there,
I had Spotify premium with Fido for 2 years and in the midst of the two years I changed my phone plan a bit and then got 6 months of premium. My Spotify account has changed to the free subscription and when I log onto it with Fido it says the number is already used. I would like to keep the same account as all my songs are saved in playlists. Please help!

Welcome to the Spotify Community. 

 

You’ve probably created a second account. Check your other email inboxes for emails from Spotify--that can give you a clue as to where the second account is registered. After that, just log in to your account using your username (not your email address) and password. If you've forgotten the password you used, you can reset it here
