Friends cant see all my public playlists when viewing profile

Not all of my public playlists show in my profile when looking from a friends phone / account. 

Tried from several friends accounts to same result. When you search my profile, it finds me everytime. Below the name you can see Playlists, Followers, Following. Click playlist and it only shows 8 which is not all of my public playlists. Tried switching them seceret and back to public with no luck. 

How can you see all your public playlists from a friends phone?

Seems like a small sync issue.

Please reach your account page online, click "Sign Out Everywhere" and log back in using your account details.

Unfortunatly not. Saw the same 8 playlists. 

I tried going into another public playlist of mine, clicking 'Make Secret' then 'Make Public' again, refreshing and then it popped up. So must have just been a glitch.
