From free version to Premium - how to

Hi, 

Hope you can help me. I bought Premium Spotify Family. All my family members now have Premium, except for me. I still have the old (free version) account on my phone.  I did try to remove the app from my phone and downloaded again. Same problem. 
So now I have two questions:

1) How do I get the Premium account on my phone?

2) How do I make sure I do not loose my old favorites and albums?

Thanks for reaching out. To use your Premium and keep your library, just log in with the correct account on whatever device you want to use. From what you've described, it sounds like you have two different accounts and you're logging in with the wrong one. Check these steps on how to resolve that. If it turns out that you indeed have a second empty free account, close it to avoid further confusion.
