Fused Accounts, Need Help!

Hello, I hope I am posting this in the right thread!

A while ago my friend went on my facebook account on her computer.  She had her own spotify account at the time and pressed' link to facebook' on her spotify (not on purpose, it was a mistake).  Anyway, now my facebook is linked to her music and all of my music to my account vanished.  I tried to seperate them manually by following the instructions on the help sections of spotify.  I disconnect to fb in preferences and reconnect and waited 24 hours, yet it hasn't worked.  I did this multiple times on both accounts and nothing changed.

I was wondering if it is possible to get this overridded and fixed?  I don't want my fb to always be attached to my friends music and I want my account to be saved.  I also want to be my real name again and not 'luvkitty69'....Any help or tips would be greatly apprecaited.

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.

About that, when my friend connected her account to my facebook, it updated her information over mine.  Her email is on my account, not mine.  I sent a message to contact but it didn't really have my problem as an option?  I put my email in the comments, do they even read them?
