GIFT-CARD not RECEIVED

I have just bought a Spotify Premium Gift-Card for today and i have not yet received a comfirmation email and the code on my email account. What Am I supposed to do? Sorry for my bad English 😞

Hi @byMonslyHD. In my experience confirmation emails get sent out pretty much right away on confirmation of payment. Did you get a confirmation screen when you purchased the gift card? It should have been a page with the order number on it and the cost. If you did not see that page, then it seems like you may never have actually completed the process of purchasing the gift card. I would simply attempt trying again and seeing if you can get to that confirmation page the second time.

 

If you did see a confirmation page could you check your email's spam box? It is possible it may have ended up their on accident. If you don't see it there I would give it a little bit of time and see if the email just isn't being slow to arrive. If after some time the email still fails to arrive, then I would suggest reaching out to support and seeing if they might be able to help.

 

Support can be reached one of three ways: through the online contact form; on twitter by reaching out to @SpotifyCares; or by sending a message to the Spotify Cares Facebook page. Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets support is currently handling.

In regards to the contact form, upon filling it out you should receive a confirmation email, usually a generic message containing the information you provided and instructions to visit these forums. If after 24 hours you do not hear back from a support team member, please reply directly back to the confirmation email, even if it originates from a no-reply address. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it is not present there, please attempt using one of the other contact methods, or, if you are unable to use the alternatives, please let me know.
