Getting charged after cancelling premium

I had the free 30 day trial for spotify and then canclled my subscription with them, however for the past 2 months i have been charged the £9.99 without even using the oremium, i have removed my card details but am stil being charged. help?

I have reported it to spotify using the reporting a problem thing but i just got like an automatic reply that told me to come on her but i have seen from people who have got similar problems that they were told to report it to spotify, just going round in circles
