Getting charged even though I cancelled

Getting charged even though I cancelled

My account got automatically charged after using the free trial and as I no longer want to make use of these services, I want to receieve my money back. I have cancelled but apparently that will not end until the 15th of june.

Hey @julia25,

sorry to hear about your circumstance. You cancelled later than the next renew date, however you can contact Spotify Support here and they'll try to help you out.
