Charged money on my credit card without my permission

Solved!! Seriously? Re-download all offline playlists after resolving payment issue?

If my subscription is paused because my credit card was declined (due to fraud alert), I have to re-download ALL my cached offline playlists? Bandwidth isn't cheap/free for everyone, FYI. Surely there's a way to address this?
