My Spotify logged out and when I tried logging back in it said "can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days" everything as far as costumer support is in a different language and I cannot change it.

To me it sounds like you are on the free plan. Is that correct?

 

With the free plan you can only use Spotify outside of your home country for 14 days.

 

Are you currently in a different country? Also, using a VPN can cause Spotify to think you are in a different country. If you are in a different country the website will probably be in a different language because it will chose the local version of the site.

 

So it's either because you are in a different country, or something is up with your internet connection and the IP address is from a different country,

I'm on the free plan and I'm in the same country but I do have a VPN so that could be the problem

If you are using a VPN I suggest seeing if they have different servers you can connect to, one from your same country. If not, then you would have to disconnect from VPN when using Spotify.
