Getting no where with customer support

Tweets , DM Messages on twitter , emails , contact forms , I've been on to Spotify since half past nine this morning and had 0 response , I have been charged four times for premium and im still on a free ... This is beyond a joke , I want my money back . I get half price subscription because I'm a student, after this experience I'd happily pay twice as much to go with someone else , disgusting customer service
