Sup guys,

I'm having troubles with the closing of my Spotify contract from (telecom) provider KPN. They hookedme up with an premium account which I eventually cancelled because it wasn't able to provide the Premium Family account I wanted to upgrade to. KPN says my account has been successfully cancelled but my account information on the Spotify web page keeps telling me I'm having the standard Spotify Premium from provider KPN. (Which can't be upgraded as far as I'm told)
Please help me out, last time I contacted Spotify I received a standard informational reply that didn't help at all. Please someone tell me what's going on and when or how it can be fixed. Thanks in advance!

That is odd. How long ago did you get the email? You should consider replying to it, even if it's a no-reply. Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours.

Yeah, it really is a weird situation that I'm in. I think about two weeks ago. Meanwhile I send them a new request similar to my original post here. I am awaiting their reply on my last mail. As soon as I get one I hope to be able to solve the problem or I will take your advice and email them back with further questions.

Any more tips meanwhile?

Hmmm... Usually, when subscribing through another service for Spotify Premium, like for example iTunes or here, your phone carrier, you need to cancel through them the service.
It is odd though, do you get Premium features?
I'd suggest you make sure again with your provider that they've done the procedure necessary. It could be that they didn't cancel properly.
You can also try to log out of your account and back in, as silly it may sound, since it could be that your account hasn't updated properly.
