Hi,

 

I purchased a 10 euro Gift Card today but the code I received is not working. It says that the code is incorrect.

Can someone please help me?

Could you check here for me if the country you bought the code for matches your country? 

 

Gift codes must be used in the country where they were purchased from/for 🙂

Hi @jean3601, i had the same issue but turns out i bought the gift card in france for someone in switzerland. Is there something i can do?
