Gift Card

I bought a gift card from a Kroger in myrtle beach, when I try to enter my pin it tells me it's an invalid. I went back to the store and it had been activated correctly. I've tried everything I can think of and I get nowhere. I have the receipt

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form including as much detail about the card as possible (PIN, purhcase date, store etc) and they should be able to get it sorted for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
