Spotify acount not working

I was logged out of spotify today. When I tried logging back in through my facebook account, all my playlists and music were gone. I went to check the User id number and that has changed as well. I was registered for premium, but i am no longer registered for it. My new User ID is 12132145635, and my old one was 1263411308. I am using the same Facebook account and same email.

Unfortunately this isn't something which can easily be fixed here on the community. If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get your old account restored for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
